When you place an order or purchase from Cafrili Equestrian through our website, you will have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving the shipment. The only time of the year in which this policy is modified is in the period from November 1 to January 1, which can be returned until January 31 due to Christmas.
The products that have been purchased must be unused, as well as without damage due to use or due to bad practice in the treatment of the same by the client.
In addition, they must be in their packaging and with their original labels intact.
You must follow the following steps for a correct return:
- For a return within the EU, you must fill out the return form that you can find at the end of this document. Said form must be sent to Cafrili through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, where after confirming that everything is correct, including the deadlines, you must send the products to the address that we indicate.
- The products must be packed in their original packaging or in one that is suitable so as not to damage them during shipment. After sending it, you must notify us, as well as provide us with a tracking number in order to have control of said return. During the entire return process until the product arrives at our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the product to be returned, as well as for its possible deterioration and/or loss and therefore for the economic value of the same to be reimbursed.
- As soon as we receive and process the return, we will refund the amount of the products. The costs of the return are borne by the customer and, if necessary, will be deducted from the refund to be made.
